1. Services & Scope
YUKTII AI LABS ("Company", "we", "us") provides AI engineering, custom software development, cloud architecture, and enterprise platform implementation services. Specific deliverables, scope, timelines, and commercial terms for any client engagement are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between the parties.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of agreed fees, all custom source code, documentation, and specific engineering deliverables created by YUKTII AI LABS for a client under an active SOW are transferred to the client. YUKTII AI LABS retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, generic utility libraries, and core architectural knowledge used across engagements.
3. Use of Website
All content on this website (including design, copy, diagrams, and code snippets) is the intellectual property of YUKTII AI LABS. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
Information on this website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. While we maintain rigorous engineering standards in client engagements, YUKTII AI LABS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
